False. There is no such thing as bad. Everything is okay in moderation. Any food that does not surpass your energy needs or disrupt your nutrient balance can be added into a balanced diet. The trick is understanding moderation. Even pizza can be a lunch option if you settle for a slice and eat moderately throughout the day. A piece of cheesecake may be a great reward for a week when you accomplish all your fitness goals. The trouble lies in those who “cheat” almost daily, and continually create a caloric surplus in their diet. This is an important diet tip: Stay dedicated, but don’t push yourself so hard that the craving eats away at you.*
As with most things in life, moderation is key! ?
