Yogurt Chia pudding anyone?
It’s the ultimate make ahead-breakfast. Topped with kiwis and fresh berries makes it a fiber filled, antioxidant powerhouse.
It’s very tasty and so easy to make. The recipe here is for a one jar, double it up and you have a couple of satisfying breakfasts for this week.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain Greek style yogurt
1/4 cup milk of your choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Add honey, maple syrup or vanilla extract for extra sweetness
Mix the yogurt, milk and seeds together until the seeds are evenly distributed. Fill in a jar and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Top it with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
