I’m always amazed about the amount of fitness routines on social media. The trainers are in amazing shape but some of the exercises aren’t purposeful and prone for injury. Don’t compare yourself to anybody, because being fit looks different on all of us.
Here three ways how it should feel:

1. COMFORTABLE. Being fit means that you are comfortable in your body. We all come in different sizes and shapes and being fit means that you do what works for you. It’s not about the number on the scale, it’s about being committed and consistent.

2. STRONG: Being fit means that you can easily master everyday’s activities and beyond. You are capable of doing what you want to do and don’t need to ask for help. It might be raking the leaves, walking the dog or playing with the kids/grand-kids.

3. HAPPY: When you feel comfortable in your body and like the way you look, that’s the best feeling in the world. Being happy radiates and attracts more happiness.
