Everybody who participates in the challenge for the full 10 days, gets a fitness related price.
If you take a pic of your beautiful smiling face and your weight – at the beginning and at the end of the challenge – and drink your water daily, you win a lululemon hot and cold water bottle!!!???
Start: Monday, 09/16     End:  Thursday, 09/26
Here the rules:
1. Fill up a single jug or bottle or pitcher with your daily amount of water (SEE BELOW) in the morning. (Buy a jug of water & reuse that jug) You must finish the entire contents of your jug before you go to bed that night.
2 Do it for 10 days straight.
3 Finish all of the previous days water before you can start over with today’s water. That jug is your life line! Only water from the jug counts towards your Challenge.
4 You can drink additional things. Just minimize the amount of coffee and soda and energy drinks (etc) during the Challenge. (I don’t expect you to just stop cold turkey…I’m realistic!)
Daily recommended water amount:
◊ Drink 1/2 ounce for every 1 pound of your weight, every day. ?
Examples:
150lbs. Half = 75. So 75 ozs each day
250lbs. Half = 125. So 125 ozs each day
WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL ABOUT WATER?
The Earth is 70% water. Your body is 80% water. It stands to reason that water is some pretty important stuff – right?  Water is the body’s transportation medium. It’s how it moves EVERYTHING around to different parts of your body…everything. Water is used to move nutrients to your 100 trillion cells in your body. Water is used to move waste & toxins from your cells to your kidneys, to leave your body. Water is used to wash fat from your body. These things have to get out somehow, right? They don’t just evaporate away! So water moves good things around your body, and water moves waste and toxins and fat out.
