This is officially my last pumpkin workout picture, since tomorrow it’s Halloween. I got a good strength workout in and a breeze of fresh air. Strength training is crucial for everybody, especially once we get older. We lose an average of 5% of muscle mass every 10 year after the age of 35 – if we don’t do anything about it. The result of muscle loss is weight gain. Sounds familiar? Start a resistance training routine to combat the weight gain. And don’t worry, you won’t bulk up because women don’t have enough testosterone. Building muscle is not all about strength, they also help to move more efficiently through every day activities.
