No time for hour long cardio at the gym? Grab a park bench and try side-to-side hops tabata style. Tabata is a high intensity workout protocol that has cardiovascular and weight loss benefits. Set a timer for 8 sets of 20 sec. with a 10 sec. break in between each set. Go all out and It’ll seem like the longest 4 minutes ever. 😉
