Fun core workout with sliders!
If you don’t have any, no problem. Use your socks on a wood/tile floor or paper plates on a carpet.
I added a loop band as an extra challenge. They are a versatile and effective tool you can buy them at any fitness store, or there is always amazon.
4 exercises / 4 rounds / 10 reps for each exercise.
– Bear plank to full plank
– Reverse plank
– Bear plank with donkey kicks (10 reps on each side!)
– Back extension
