Overnight apple pie oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup plain or vanilla protein powder
2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup low-fat milk or unsweetened nondiary mild
1 small apple, chopped
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Directions:
In a wide mouthed, half pinted glass jar, layer oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir in milk until everything is moist. Top with apple and walnuts. Seal shut and chill overnight.
