Finally, the sun is out and here my first outdoor workout of the year. I loved it, it felt so good to be outside and moving again! The exercises are for all levels and no equipment needed. Do each exercise for 30-40 sec., rest for 10 sec., and repeat 2-3 times. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 😊
