That’s about 30 minutes of daily physical activity, which doesn’t need to be spend at the gym. Go for a walk, take the stairs or carry the shopping bags. Something is better than nothing. Your body is made to move, and it’s your responsibility to take care of it. Make the time now, otherwise you’ll regret the lost time later.
