The power of kettlebells! ???

They are an effective tool for building strength and power!! What differentiates them from dumbbells is that their center of gravity is further away from your hand and that makes it more challenging because you must recruit more muscle groups to keep them stable.

Dumbbells provide more stability and are great for building muscles. But if you want to switch it up and challenge your entire body, coordination skills and get your heart rate up, pick up a kettlebell.

Start with this this beginner workout. Do each exercise for 30 sec. and complete all 4 exercises without a break. Take a 2 min break and repeat 2-3 more times. Feel the burn!! ?
