Trainer Tip: Don’t Overthink Fitness!

We often tend to overthink fitness because there are so many different approaches – like crossfit, pilates or kickboxing, just to name a few – and we get flooded with social media advice. That can be very confusing.

Here’s my rule of thumb: If you want to get fit, find a fitness routine that works for you! Don’t chase every new trend or follow what your friend likes best. Figure out what YOU enjoy! Then get the basics right and don’t sweat the details. It’s not that important if you do ten or twelve reps. What matters is that you keep moving and that it challenges you! Keep fitness simple, find a workout you enjoy and that fits your lifestyle. That’s the only approach that’ll stay with you forever.
