Green is good for you!
It doesn’t matter if you are laying in your backyard or hike in the depth of a rainforest. Spending time in nature is good for your health and happiness. It’s proven to lower stress, blood pressure, improve heart health and your mood. A new study from the institute for global health in Barcelona suggests that green space promotes healthy behavior. Spending more time in green places, especially exercising, socializing, or just releasing stress, might help preserve thinking skills as you age.
Yet another convincing reason to get outdoors more.
