Get your stretch on!
Stretching is an often-overlooked part of a workout routine. I believe it’s mainly because it isn’t known to burn a lot of calories but be aware that it’s essential to keep you moving!
You should be stretching every day! If you don’t do that, then take at least 5 minutes after any physical activity.

– relieve low back pain
– increase range of motion
