?‍♀️ 12 x frog leg lifts and triceps push-up
?‍♀️ 8 x Side plank reach through and hip dip, R/L
?‍♀️ 10 sec. one armed plank R/L …as many as you can
?‍♀️ 20 sec. back extension and shoulder squeeze
