FEEL FIT. 2019 is almost here and the top 2 new years resolutions are losing weight and getting in better shape. Many people give up after a couple of weeks because they don’t see immediate results. It takes the body at least 6-8 weeks to show visible changes. If you give up after a short time, you treat your body like an ornament: “a thing used to make something look more attractive but usually having no practical purpose”. Change your mindset from how you look to how you FEEL. A regular exercise routine makes you stronger, fitter and enhances your daily life. Don’t judge your body by the looks, make it your instrument: “a means whereby something is achieved, performed, or furthered”.
