I know things get stressful with school back on, but if there’s one thing you can do for your health today it’s#eatingyourveggies. They provide you with all the energy you need, fill you up and are good for your waistline. I never heard anyone complaining about overeating on vegetables.
Dip, mash, blend, bake or grill them … whatever suits your tastebuds … eat up for good health and looks.
