Feeling like a couchpotato today? Don’t let that stop you from getting into shape. Try these three moves and get a good workout inwithout leaving your sofa. No sweat, no equipment = no excuses!

– Leg lifts: Lay on your right side, with your left hip directly above your right hip. Lift your left leg toward the ceiling and then return to the starting position. Repeat 3 sets of 25 reps and then switch sides.
– Bicycle: Lay on your back and press your belly button against your spine. Put your hands behind your head,bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off the ground, but be sure not to pull on your neck.
– Straighten your right leg out while turning your upper body to the left, bringing your right elbow towards the left knee. Make sure your rib cage is moving and not just your elbows.
– Triceps Dips: Position your hands on the arms rest of edge of your sofa ( or on the floor or on a chair,) with your hands behind you, slightly more than shoulder-width apart. Start with your butt slightly in front of the sofa, your elbows and legs bent and keep your feet flat on. Bend your elbows to dip down, and then push yourself back up to the starting position. Complete three sets of 10 reps.
