I love my outdoor workouts and hope I’ll still get a lot in before winter hits. All you need for this workout is a bench or step. If necessary, do the Side Shuffles and In & Out’s on the floor.

6 exercises, 30 sec. each, 15 sec. break in between each exercise … how many rounds can you do?
