You don’t get a strong booty by sitting on it. I know the holidays and snow are very tempting to relax on the sofa, but make an extra effort, get on up and work it. The workout isn’t very hard, but effective. 😊
Aim for 3 – 4 rounds:
20 x Wall bridge
12 x Downward dog with leg lift (each side)
20 x leg circles, both directions (each side)
30 sec. pulsating plie squat
