BOOTY TONER. Get your booty into shape without any squats or lunges:

? Side plank hip bridge: 12 reps leg lift, butt kick, circle forward, circle backward. R/L and repeat 2-3x.
? Donkey kick and dirty dog: 16 reps R/L, repeat 2-3x.
? Glute bridge: Leglift 16 reps R/L, 1-legged bridge 16 reps, repeat 2-3x.
