Great quote from Harper, originally from Joseph Pilates, because it’s💯 true!!

It’s usually our posture that gives away our age. There is not enough Botox that can make you look younger than a flexible spine, strong muscles and a healthy complexion.

Our height decreases naturally over the years, but a healthy and flexible spine keeps us agile and promotes a feeling of youth. In order to stay agile, it’s important to train the spine with forward bends, backbends and twists regularly.

I try to practice my routine every night before going to bed. The video is speed up to make it fit for the IG format. I usually hold the poses for about 20-30 sec. and add other poses as well, always depending on how I feel. Everybody is different and yoga is not about who can do the deepest bend. It’s about the best benefits YOU can get out of it.

I highly encourage you to take 10 minutes every day and check-in and connect with your body.
