Eat healthy for 80% of the time and indulge in your favorite treats 20% of the time!
What’s great about this approach is that you don’t need to deny yourself of particular foods. Eat them once a while – like on the weekends when you go out for dinner – and eat healthy during the week.
It’s a sustainable eating approach that helps to stop obsessing about food and let’s you enjoy your life.
