The gym is where you make it! Let’s build strong legs and a strong core on the playground.
I always like to incorporate unilateral (one-legged) moves in my workouts, because they correct muscle imbalances, build a stronger core and challenge your balance.
If you don’t have a playground in your neighborhood, use a bench or step.
5 exercises: First round: 20 sec, Second round: 30 sec., Third round: 40 sec..
Take a break in between each exercises according to your fitness level. 1. Step-ups R/L 2. Double pulse squat and lateral step up R/L 3. Split Squat and touch floor 4. Long legged bridge on swing 5. Harmstrings curl on swing
