We are in the midst of winter and stuck in a pandemic – do not let it get to you! Exercise is proven to stave off SAD (seasonal affective disorder), including fatigue, depression, and weight gain.
Make it a priority to exercise daily.
Do you like to walk, do you like lifting weights, are you a yogi?
Find what excites you and keep doing it. Your routine does not need to be anything your friends like or some new trend; it should be something YOU enjoy doing.
The bottom line is that movement is the best therapy for winter moods. It certainly is better to be walking for 10 minutes than sitting on the sofa, wondering why you feel bad.
